Shipping policy

The carrier (FedEx, UPS, or a regional carrier) will automatically selected based on your shipping address. All options may differ or not be available depending on the final destination (PO Box, Armed Services and outlying Territories, etc). Please note, any orders received by 12:00PM EST, will be processed and shipped out by that day. Standard shipping option is 3-7 business days. 2-day shipping option should be expected in 2 days.
During Checkout you will see the total price-including taxes, shipping and handling charges- in Canadian dollars before you place your order. Your credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars according to the charges displayed during Checkout. Packages shipped to Canadian addresses do not require a signature for delivery.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the Canada. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following Canadian holidays:
